ALL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY AMIGO MEDIA STAYS WITH AMIGO MEDIA. ANY COMPANY OR USER INFORMATION COLLECTED BY AMIGO MEDIA WILL ONLY BE USED TO IMPROVE YOUR AMIGO MEDIA EXPERIENCE. THIS PRIVACY POLICY DESCRIBES HOW AMIGO MEDIA THROUGH ALL CREATORS APPS MADE UNDER AONECLUB PRODUCTS COLLECTS, USES, SHARES AND SECURES THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED OTHERWISE, ANY CURRENT, UPDATED AND NEW CONTENT, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AS WELL AS THE TERMS & CONDITIONS ("TERMS & CONDITIONS"). IN ADDITION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME BY POSTING THE UPDATED VERSION HERE AND CHANGING THE VERSION DATE ABOVE. By visiting or registering with the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy as it may be amended from time to time, and to our collection, transfer (if applicable), storage and processing of your information in India. Please also read the applicable Terms & Conditions, that also apply to use of our App. If you do not agree to these terms, please navigate away from the App and do not register, make any purchases or provide us with any personal information about you.

INFORMATION COLLECTION:
AMIGO MEDIA generally collects two kinds of information through the App: "personal information" about you which you provide to AMIGO MEDIA directly and/or automatically when User visits the App and sometimes from third parties (such as name, phone number, e-mail address, IP address and/or cookie identifiers), and "non-personal information" about you, your computer and technology, and your use of the App, which alone doesn't identify you personally. AMIGO MEDIA may collect personal information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit AMIGO MEDIA all products including App, register on the App, respond to a survey, fill out a form, in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our App. We collect User submitted personal information such as name, mailing address, support@amigomedia.in address, telephone number, age, business name, during the registration process to authenticate Users. If we combine information that we consider to be non-personal with personal information, we will treat the combined information as personal information under this Privacy Policy. We may de-identify personal information so that it is non-personal, such as by aggregating it or converting it into a code, sometimes using a function known as a “hash”. We will treat such de-identified information as non-personal to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. AMIGO MEDIA shall also collect the information that you provide when subscribing to any entertainment products including but not limited to films, short films, funny videos, performing arts videos, culinary videos, travel videos, fitness videos, news, games; and/or viewing/purchasing personalized celebrity video messages (shout outs for occasions), video one-on-one calls, celebrity chats, one-on-one live interaction with celebrity, live broadcast with celebrity, direct line with celebrity, access to personal channels of celebrity, celebrity content, games with celebrities, in-app purchasing / e-shopping, features, celebrity members, documents, text, graphics, publications, downloads (such as mobile applications), content, tools, forums, resources and other wide range of services on its App; including your name and e-mail address, any mobile phone contact number (of you or the recipient) you choose to provide, the name of the recipient, and the details that you provide as part of your request. For online payments, we will require your credit or debit card number, expiration date, billing address and related details (which may include your PAN Card number) in order to process payments. When you purchase merchandise, we also collect shipping and delivery information. We may also ask for additional non-mandatory personal information from time to time such as gender and income level, in connection with online AMIGO MEDIA letters, promotions, contests, giveaways, surveys and other programs. Users can always refuse to supply personal information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain App related activities. We at AMIGO MEDIA also collect information that you provide in connection with customer services made available online and/or on voice call/telephone. We collect information when you submit requests and/or content to us, such as a video, review, photo, support@amigomedia.in, text, social media post, or other communication (each, a “Submission”) and, if you are a celebrity user, when you submit celebrity content. Each Submission, whether submitted to our App directly or through a social media platform, and all celebrity content, is subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions. We collect information when you interact with our Website through social media platforms for instance Group Chats, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (collectively, “Social Media Platforms”). The information we collect is subject to this Privacy Policy. The information that any third party collects is subject to its privacy policy (including whether it shares information with us, the type of information shared, and your choices about what may be visible to others). When celebrity user uses our App, we collect, in addition to information provided when such celebrity user creates his/her account, such celebrity user’s name, e-mail address, phone number and the social media usernames provided, celebrity content prepared by such celebrity user, and other information relating to our relationship with celebrity user, such as payment information. AMIGO MEDIA products payments to you are made through the third party payment provider selected by AMIGO MEDIA.
You should review the payment provider’s privacy policy before providing your personal information as it is responsible for personal information received from the celebrity user for processing such celebrity user’s payments. AMIGO MEDIA may obtain information about its User and/or celebrity user such as contact details, country, IP address, purchase histories, marketing preferences, cookie information, hardware and software information and other technical information from third parties, such as analytics companies, social media platforms, and other third party business partners, such as AMIGO MEDIA Partner. We and our third party business partners may collect information about your visits to and activity on our Web-site/App and other websites and services. We may combine that information with other personal information we have collected from or about you. We may share certain of this information with third party business partners for similar purposes.

Cookies and Log Files: We at AMIGO MEDIA and our analytics or third party service providers use cookies or similar tracking technologies. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the App, tracking User movements around the App and to gather User preferences, demographic information about our User base as a whole, keep the User logged in between visits and to provide the User improved services. We may receive reports based on the use of technologies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. We use cookies to remember Users settings (e.g. language preference), to make sure that our content and support@amigomedia.ins are in a format that you can read; to maintain a history of support@amigomedia.in activity; to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of certain communications; ensuring that User are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements, to customize AMIGO MEDIA newsletters, advertising and App content based on browser type and User profile information; to help track usage to help us understand which parts of our App are the most popular, where our Users are going, and how much time they spend there and testing. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. Other technical, geographic and usage data and information may be collected directly, such as your browser type, internet service provider (“ISP”), operating system, log and App usage data, internet protocol (“IP”) address, zip code or location, the pages you visit and or other content that you access while on the App, websites you've visited upon entering or leaving the Website operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We will keep track of payments made through the App. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this for purposes of analytics and to improve App functionality.

How we use collected information. AMIGO MEDIA may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

- To improve our Website/App and services – We may use information you provide to improve and create new products and services.
- To personalize User experience – We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Website/App.
- To assist Users use the Website/App – We may use your personal information to process your registration, purchases and payments, and to maintain your account on an ongoing basis. We may use a mobile number to contact the Users to explain new/existing AMIGO MEDIA products and services, to assist in completing the registration and/or verification process, to respond to inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.

- To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
- To send periodic support@amigomedia.ins/SMS – We may use the support@amigomedia.in address and mobile number to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our AMIGO MEDIA mailing list, they will receive support@amigomedia.ins that may include AMIGO MEDIA news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future support@amigomedia.ins, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions in the footer of each support@amigomedia.in and you may also unsubscribe receipt of AMIGO MEDIA news, updates, related product or service information, etc., within your profile settings.

Editing Personal Information
      We retain information submitted and/or saved by you or generated by your use of our Website/App, while your account is active and/or as is necessary to provide you services. Upon your request we will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may access, update, or delete it by making the change on our member information page or deleting your account. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at Support@amigomedia.in. We will respond to your request to access within a reasonable timeframe. Information saved and submitted by you on your profile may be deleted. We will retain and use your information to a reasonable extent; necessary and permissible under applicable law to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

User Age
      Our Website/App is intended for a general audience and not for use by anyone below the age of 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian who believes that we have collected or used their child’s personal information, please contact us using the contact details in the Contact Us section at support@amigo-media.com.
Support@amigomedia.in Choice / Opt Out       Users who do not wish to subscribe to AMIGO MEDIA updates, notifications, newsletters, surveys or other promotional matters may choose not to, by opting out. All notification support@amigomedia.ins and e-mails containing AMIGO MEDIA newsletters, surveys or other promotional matters also include the above instructions for opting-out of those communications in the future.

Data Protection
      We adopt appropriate security measures in data collection, storage and processing practices to safeguard the interests of our Users and to protect User information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Our security measures keep your user id and/or password confidential. You should NOT share your user id and/or password to a third person. If you believe that your user id and/or password is compromised and you need assistance to change your user id and/or password you may contact Support@amigomedia.in. Any third party/recipient information shared by you with us shall be used solely for the purpose with which it was shared. AMIGO MEDIA shall in no way be under any obligation to such third party whose information is shared by you. If the third party/recipient is a family member, friend, colleague, acquaintance of any of the Users and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Users that use our service, the said third party/recipient should contact such User that he/she/it interacts with directly. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Website/App and its Users happens over a secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this clause AMIGO MEDIA will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Sharing your personal information
      We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share aggregated information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Website/App or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out AMIGO MEDIA newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission. We may also disclose your personal information as required by law such as to comply with a court order, subpoena, or similar legal process or investigation when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.       This is our entire privacy policy and it supersedes any earlier version. The User agrees to the privacy policy every time he/she/it uses the Website/App and our service. From time to time we at AMIGO MEDIA may make changes to our privacy policy. The User is bound by any changes to the privacy policy when he/she/it uses the Website/App after those changes have been posted on the Website/App. Users must periodically review this page for the latest updates on our privacy practices.       All communications with respect to this Privacy Policy shall be in the English language.
